April 18th: PHILOSOPHY NIGHT WITH ROY FRIEND
This month, Mr. Roy Friend, headmaster of Chesterton Academy in Portland, will present a talk entitled: “Catholic Symbolic Tradition: Louis Charbonneau-Lassay and his Sources”. From the emblems of saints to the allegory of Dante, the Catholic Faith uses symbols and signs as the vehicle of Christ’s truth. This talk will discuss the life and works of the most learned Catholic symbolist of the 20th century, along with prior sources of such symbolic wisdom. 7 pm, Tuesday, April 18th, in Carmody Hall. Ages High School and up. No reading ahead necessary. Snacks provided. Parking lot will be open.

HOLY LEAGUE/HOLY HEART EVENING BBQ
Wednesday, May 24th, after the 6:45 pm Mass. Men and Ladies are invited to an evening mini-retreat and BBQ, to celebrate the Easter Season together. 5 pm Adoration & Vespers. 5:40 pm Confessions. 6 pm Rosary. 6:30 pm Benediction. 6:45 pm Mass followed by social and BBQ.
Quo Vadis Days: June 26-29, 2023
All high school-aged young men are invited to attend Quo Vadis Days at Fr. Bernard Youth Center. Registration opens April 15th. Contact the Office of Vocations for additional information, vocations@archdpdx.org
