THANKSGIVING DAY MASS Thursday, November 24th, 9 am Low Latin Mass with music.

MEN’S HOLY LEAGUE NIGHT - WEDNESDAY, NOV 30TH

The Feast of St. Andrew the Apostle. 5 pm: Adoration & Vespers. 5:30 pm: Confessions. 6 pm: Rosary. 6:30 pm: Benediction of the Blessed Sacrament. 6:45 pm Mass. Dinner & discussion will follow afterwards in Carmody Hall.  The theme of the discussion: Serving as Spiritual Head of the Family.

RORATE MASSES OF THE BVM IN ADVENT

Rorate Masses are celebrated on Saturdays in Advent, early in the morning when it is still dark. The church is lit only by candlelight.

  • Saturday, December 3rd: 7 am Missa Cantata of the Blessed Virgin Mary on Saturday

  • Saturday, December 10th: 7 am Missa Cantata of the Blessed Virgin Mary on Saturday.

 

ADVENT SATURDAY NIGHTS: SAVE THE DATES

6 pm Potluck Dinner in Carmody Hall followed by:

  • Dec 3rd: Game Night (bring your favorite board games)

  • Dec 10th: Movie Night: Joyeux Noel, with subtitles (filtered from PG-13 to PG)

  • Dec 17th: Christmas Caroling at Peacock Lane

 

SAINT BARBARA’S BRANCHES

December 4th is the Feast of St. Barbara. Cut branches from your early blossoming trees/bushes (i.e., quince, flowering plum) and put them in vases inside to bloom during the Christmas season. These are called “St. Barbara’s Branches”

 

THE SOLEMNITY OF THE IMMACULATE CONCEPTION

Thursday, December 8th. Holy Day of Obligation. The Patronal Feast of our country and our Archdiocese.

8:15 am Sung Latin Lauds, 

9 am: Low Latin Mass

5 pm: Sung Latin Vespers, 

7 pm: Sung Latin Mass
